At Canella Lane, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
